We are Branch #170 of the
BC Old Age Pensioners Organization
Chartered in 1982.

The BCOAPO was the first seniors organization
in North America and was founded in 1932 to
advocate for BC seniors to governments. Over
time the objectives have shifted to focus on the
health and well being of seniors within their
communities.

The BCOAPO is also a member of COSCO
(Coalition of Senior Citizens Organizations)
which has a strong voice advocating to all
levels of government on behalf of BC seniors.
